ELLA PUEDE is a Latina Entrepreneurs' Podcast breaking down systemic barriers and healing intergenerational traumas through spiritually- centered self- development, financial literacy, and Latine & BIPOC Networking.
Latinas are the fastest growing demographic in various entrepreneurial industries, yet we lack the resources, education, and communities to support us as we navigate spaces that often make us feel alienated and overlooked, sometimes even from within our own community.
There are tons of resources out there catering to various demographics, and let's be honest, it’s for predominantly white demographics. We personally understand how often the “bootstrapping a business” narrative lacks the challenges and perspective of first- gen Latinas. We want to tackle these issues, not just from the business aspect, but from a spiritual- psychological view-point that considers the hardships immigrants and children of immigrants face.
Often we believe that money, or rather the lack of money, is what is stopping us from having the life we dream of. More often than not, it is the emotional and spiritual relationship we have with money and within that sabotages our ability to create the reality we envision. Every time we break these barriers, we are breaking them for the entire collective and for the future generations. Sometimes it takes disrupting traditions and cycles to heal and grow. When you push forward and do the hard work, you give others the permission to prioritize themselves as well. We are here to celebrate each other's wins, expose the ugly and support each other through it all! AND THAT'S HOW WE BUILD OUR OWN TABLES!

Hola bebés, my name is Alejandra Jimenez, AKA Aleja, the Queer Xicana Fashion Entrepreneur and Writer from Riverside, CA. I have 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Web Design, Content Creation, and Creative Writing… among a few other professional endeavors. The common thread here is that I have a passion for constantly growing and sharing my knowledge. After publishing my first book, I launched my first fashion brand... and then my second. In all of that, I struggled like hell to find my footing as an entrepreneur and I wanna share everything I picked up along the way.

After almost a decade working as a fashion and beauty publicist in a corporate agency and simultaneously being an unconventional mom, I decided to take control of my own destiny. I manifested and developed my own manifestation brand, wrote a book, and have made it my mission to use expert PR skills to help others find their passion and co-create their journey.
