Tu, yo, y ella podemos.

ELLA PUEDE is a creative hub, founded by Aleja Jimenez and Natalie Garcia, two multidisciplinary creative entrepreneurs and marketing innovators. They manifested Ella Puede to help BIPOC and Latine creators, entrepreneurs, and talent navigate launching their businesses, creative careers, and self- branding efforts. Through immersive events, curated resources, career opportunities, and expert- led online education , the creative hub and online community centers personal development to build generational wealth from a lens that keenly understands the systemic obstacles and the ways in which their communities are marginalized.

As emerging first- generation Latina entrepreneurs, Aleja and Nat connected through their creative passion to change the narrative and bring multi-dimensionality to the representation of their communities and personal brands. As naturally gifted storytellers, they intersected one another’s author journeys to bring their visions to life with the combined expertise they had both acquired on their career paths. After publishing their self- development books, Aleja and Nat dedicated their efforts to growing their personal brands and businesses. Aleja is the founder and CEO of Morena Mia, a sustainable clothing label and innovative digital fashion marketplace curated by and for BIPOC designers. Using her background as a social media marketing manager, web designer, and creative campaigns ideation specialist to build her personal brand, as well as her fashion company, into niche sensations. Natalie founded La Brujita Del Jardin, a lifestyle manifestation brand centered on helping individuals on their mental and emotional healing journey using the power of words and affirmations. She is a Latina publicist and marketing expert that guides individuals to manifest and expand their own business ventures and build their creative brands strategically.

During their entrepreneurial development, they identified missing and necessary fundamentals, support, mentorship, and marketing ideation for their Latina market and the success of their businesses. The dynamic and creative duo combined their knowledge, expertise, and expansive skills to cultivate Ella Puede. The network administers resources, support, and educational tools that focus on the logistical aspect of operating a business, in addition to aiding in mindset reprogramming for BIPOC entrepreneurs to overcome limiting beliefs that hinder their ability to create generational wealth. Ella Puede is a space that will deliver aspiring entrepreneurs a sense of confidence and entitlement to take full control of building the table, creating the seats, and bringing an abundance of wealth to their network

Meet Aleja

Hola bebés, my name is Alejandra Jimenez, AKA Aleja, the Queer Xicana Fashion Entrepreneur and Writer from Riverside, CA. Yes, I am multi-passionate. I have 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Web Design, Content Creation, and Creative Writing… among other professional endeavors. The common thread here is that I have a passion for learning and teaching. As the eldest daughter of Mexican migrant parents who struggled with lack mindset and setting boundaries, I am on a mission to help my community elevate its mindset to pursue their higher purpose, starting with their careers.

Hola Brujitas, I’m Natalie y soy La Brujita Del Jardin and I’m here to guide entrepreneurs and creatives on their manifesting journey. I am a Chicana manifesting Brujita from the 818. After almost a decade working as a fashion and beauty publicist in a corporate agency and simultaneously being an unconventional mom, I decided to take control of my own destiny. I manifested and developed my own manifestation brand, wrote a book, and have made it my mission to use my PR skills to help others find their passion and co-create their journey.

Hola Amiguis! My name is Briana Cacho, Your go-to Post Grad Bestie, ready to conquer the world JUNTAS. I am a multi-passionate, first-Gen Latina with a dedicated voice for our community. With a background in Digital Marketing, Content Creation and Broadcast Journalism, I bring words to life, transforming ideas into narratives that resonate with our community. I am on a mission to inform, inspire and empower individuals. I'm not just your average social butterfly – I'm the one who'll connect you with like-minded souls, uplift voices that deserve to be heard and advocate for Gen Z professionals through social media approaches.

Meet Jessica

Hi besties! I’m Jess, the PR & Digital Media intern for Ella Puede. Outside of Ella Puede I’m a first-gen college student at Cal State University, Fullerton. I also run the social media account for Orangetheory Fitness and work for both the NFL and NHL. As the daughter of immigrants I aspire to break barriers and conquer spaces that lack representation. Soy de aquí y de allá, here to support all my besties pursuing creative dreams and show that anything is possible with faith and trust in yourself and your path. There’s space for us all and we’re going to conquer it together!
